Refund Policy – Re-Clean First, Refund If Still Unsatisfied

 

 

At Goldenroar Cleaning Servicce, we strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. While we do not offer automatic refunds, we provide a fair and transparent process to resolve any concerns.

 

Our Re-Clean Guarantee

If you’re not happy with the quality of your clean, we will return and re-clean the specific areas of concern at no extra cost.

 

To qualify:

 

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of the service being completed.

  • The property must remain vacant or unchanged from the time of the original clean.

  • The re-clean will be carried out as soon as possible, based on availability.

 

Refunds (Only After Re-Clean)

 

 

If you are still not satisfied after a re-clean has been completed, and the issue relates to the original scope of work:

 

We will offer a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the issue.

 

Please Note:

 

  • Refunds are considered only after a re-clean is offered and completed.

  • Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence (e.g., photos or a report from the agent).

  • Refunds do not apply if the issue is outside the agreed service scope or checklist.

 

We Do Not Offer Refunds If:

  • A re-clean is refused or not accepted.

  • The property is used, occupied, or altered after our service.

  • The issue is not reported within 24 hours.

  • Access was not provided at the scheduled time, or the property was not ready for cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel or reschedule for free with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
