Refund Policy – Re-Clean First, Refund If Still Unsatisfied
At Goldenroar Cleaning Servicce, we strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. While we do not offer automatic refunds, we provide a fair and transparent process to resolve any concerns.
Our Re-Clean Guarantee
If you’re not happy with the quality of your clean, we will return and re-clean the specific areas of concern at no extra cost.
To qualify:

You must notify us within 24 hours of the service being completed.

The property must remain vacant or unchanged from the time of the original clean.

The re-clean will be carried out as soon as possible, based on availability.
Refunds (Only After Re-Clean)
If you are still not satisfied after a re-clean has been completed, and the issue relates to the original scope of work:
We will offer a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the issue.
Please Note:

Refunds are considered only after a re-clean is offered and completed.

Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence (e.g., photos or a report from the agent).

Refunds do not apply if the issue is outside the agreed service scope or checklist.
We Do Not Offer Refunds If:

A re-clean is refused or not accepted.

The property is used, occupied, or altered after our service.

The issue is not reported within 24 hours.

Access was not provided at the scheduled time, or the property was not ready for cleaning.
Cancellation Policy

Cancel or reschedule for free with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
