Bookings & Quotes

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Inaccurate or incomplete details may result in additional charges.

Bookings are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in AUD and include GST, unless otherwise stated.

A deposit or full payment may be required prior to service.

Full payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged.

We accept payment via bank transfer, card, or other approved methods.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

If we arrive and cannot access the property, this may be treated as a cancellation.

Access to Property

Delays caused by access issues may shorten the cleaning time or incur additional charges.

Please ensure water, electricity, and parking are available where necessary.

Service Limitations

We do not move heavy furniture, appliances, or clean areas not safely accessible.

Heavily soiled areas, mould, pest-infested areas, or biohazard cleaning may require additional charges or be declined.

Carpet steam cleaning is provided as an add-on and is priced separately.

6.
Re-clean & Refund Policy

We offer a free re-clean if you’re not satisfied with the service and notify us within 24 hours.

Refunds are only considered after a re-clean has been completed and the customer remains unsatisfied.

No re-clean or refund will be provided if the property has been used or altered after our service.

7.
Damage & Liability

While we take great care during cleaning, accidents can happen. Please notify us of any issues within 24 hours.

Pre-existing damage

Items moved or missing after service unless caused by proven negligence
